Job failures while accessing external AWS Secret Manager service

On January 17th, 2024, at 07:50 AM UTC, a DNS issue impacted calls made to external AWS secret managers within recipes.

Some customers might have experienced job failures with "Connection refused" errors in recipes that were using custom connectors to access the AWS secret manager service using external AWS accounts.

The issue was resolved at 05:48 AM UTC on January 18th, 2024.
