Salesforce Connection Lost Errors

On December 12th, 2024, Salesforce updated its domain URL format for several types of instances in both production and sandbox organizations. As a result, Salesforce connections in Workato may display a "Connection Lost" message, resulting in job processing failures or errors when building a recipe. Customers may be required to reconnect their Salesforce connection and update the "Organization/community custom domain URL" setting if used in the connection to reflect the updated domain URL for their Salesforce instance. Any failed jobs may be repeated as required and recipe builder functionality for Salesforce actions will be restored on reconnecting.
